Universal Credit digital review

JAAG originated from a member's contact with roofless people in his local area. In 2019 we came together and started collecting evidence of injustice and unfairness that affects so many Universal Credit (UC) applicants.

The result is that we have plans for an ambitious project to make a significant impact on this problem, by focusing on the lack of transparency in the UC system. The project has not yet been launched in earnest.
